I bought this as a gift for my husband since we wanted something to keep an eye on our home, and it's been super reliable. The picture quality is amazing, I can see every little detail like when a squirrel tries to get into our plants. It connects to our other smart stuff without any fuss, and I appreciate that it doesn't drain energy. The night vision is a game-changer for those late evenings. Only downside is it might lag a bit when I check the feed, but overall, it's a solid choice. We feel much safer now, and it's fun to watch the comings and goings.
- Pros: I super love how clear the video is, it's like watching a movie of my front porch, and it works great even when it's dark out. It was easy to set up with my home network and other devices, and it doesn't use much power which is nice for the bills. Plus, it saves everything online so I never miss a moment.
- Cons: Long story short, it can be a bit slow to connect sometimes, and I wish it had more options for saving videos without paying extra. Also, while it handles rain fine, I'm not sure about heavier weather, but that's just as it seemed to me.
