as an engineer, i always research before buying, and this one grew on me over time, but i have to be cautious. i bought it to add some fun lighting for my kids' play area, and while the setup was straightforward, it didn't hold up well. after a couple of weeks, it started acting up—sometimes the lights dim on their own or don't respond to commands. for someone on a low income, it's a bit of a letdown because i expected better reliability. i used it in metric measurements, and it's energy-efficient, which is a plus, but overall, it seems just okay, not great. would i recommend it? probably not, unless you're okay with potential issues. :)
- Pros: the light spread is quite even and bright, which i liked for setting a cozy atmosphere in my room, and it was easy to connect to my smart home setup without much fuss.
- Cons: it seems less durable than i expected, with some flickering issues after a short time, and the colors don't always match what i set, which is frustrating for the price.
