I use it mainly in the kids' rooms and my home office, and it has helped with dry skin and stuffy noses during winter. The smart features are a nice touch, allowing me to adjust settings without getting up, which is great with a busy family. However, I wish it had more customization options for the automatic mode, as it sometimes over-humidifies if I don't monitor it.
