so i bought this as a gift for my husband who's always complaining about the temperature in our place, and it's been a game-changer. i picked it up from the store, which was very convenient, and got it set up in no time. it senses when we're home or away and tweaks things automatically, which is super handy. the air quality monitor is a nice bonus, and it even alerts us if the smoke alarm goes off, giving us peace of mind. it plays well with our other smart devices, and i've noticed our bills are lower already. overall, it's a solid choice, though not perfect—hence the four stars. would recommend it to others looking to upgrade their home comfort.
