my first impression was pretty good—it arrived quickly and looked decent. i've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and overall, it does the job. as a software guy, i appreciate the smart features, but i wish they were more reliable. it's great for making tea without much fuss, but i expected a bit more precision for the money. not bad, but not perfect either.
- Pros: for the price, this thing heats up super fast and holds a good amount of water, enough for a few cups without refilling. i liked that it works with different outlets, which is handy for travel or just at home. the pouring design is smooth and doesn't spill, making it easy to use.
- Cons: as it seemed to me, the temperature control isn't always spot on, sometimes it feels a bit off from what i set. the build quality could be better, it feels a bit cheap for what it costs. and it's a bit noisy when heating, which can be annoying in a quiet kitchen.
