as someone who researches gadgets before buying, i had high hopes for this Nores timer to automate my home and make life easier, especially with my pets around—imagine not having to worry about leaving lights on. in reality, it does work well for basic scheduling and voice stuff, but it's not perfect. the setup was indeed quick, and i love that wireless aspect, but i've had moments where it didn't catch my commands, which is disappointing. overall, it's a solid device that adds convenience, but it falls short of being amazing. i'd recommend it with a caveat: if you're okay with occasional hiccups, it's worth it. 😕
