I picked this up for some home projects, thinking it'd be a solid tool for my occasional tinkering. As a guy who's into keeping things looking good, I appreciate how it doesn't feel cheap or clunky—packaging is fine, nothing flashy. But man, using it for the first time was a mix of relief and frustration. It heated up quickly, which was great when I had to fix a loose wire on my wife's favorite lamp, but then it overshot the temp and almost melted the plastic casing. I had to keep an eye on it constantly, which isn't ideal when you're trying to multitask. Over time, it's held up okay for basic stuff, but I wouldn't trust it for anything precision-related. For the price, it's decent, but I expected a bit more reliability from Fishine. Not a total letdown, but definitely has its quirks.
