before i got this, i was always fiddling with my old thermostat, and my energy bills were through the roof, especially during miami's hot months. now, i can set it to cool down before i get home from work, and it's made a big difference. the courier called ahead for delivery, which was a nice touch. overall, it's a solid deal for the price, and it's made my place way more comfortable without any fuss. :)
