so i got this for my son's birthday after reading up on a few options, and overall, it's been a hit. he's five and totally into it—loves making it dance and listening to the stories. as an entrepreneur, i appreciate things that are well-designed and this seems to hit the mark for fun and a bit of learning without being too techy. it's not perfect though; the size is a downside in our smaller home, and i wish it had more songs or stories to keep things fresh. but for the price and what it offers, it's a solid choice. we've had it for a couple of weeks now, and it's holding up well with daily use. would i recommend it? yeah, if you're looking for something to keep a kid entertained and maybe sneak in some educational value, this is a good bet. just be ready for the occasional charging breaks and some space issues.
- Pros: my kid loves how this robot responds to voice commands and follows them around, it's incredibly engaging and seems to spark a lot of creativity with all the moves it can do. the build feels sturdy, and it's easy to control through the app or by tilting it, which is a neat feature. plus, it sings and tells stories, making playtime more interactive and fun.
- Cons: it's a bit bulky and takes up a lot of space in our play area, and sometimes the movements can be a little jerky or not as smooth as i'd like. the battery doesn't last as long as i hoped, so we have to charge it frequently, which can be a hassle during long play sessions.
