As an office worker in Quebec City I got this ring to keep an eye on my health without breaking the bank The packaging was intact when it arrived and after using it for a couple of months I find it very useful for tracking my daily habits I like that it doesnt require subscriptions and the data seems reliable from what I feel though it took a while to get comfortable with wearing it all the time For the price its a solid choice but not perfect hence the four out of five rating I recommend getting the sizing kit first to avoid any issues Overall it does what it promises and helps me stay on top of my health without much fuss
- Pros: The battery life is very impressive I never have to charge it daily and can go days without worrying about it The health tracking is top-notch from what I feel it monitors my sleep activity stress heart rate and oxygen levels accurately without needing any extra payments everything is included right away and it works well with my phone no matter the type
- Cons: The sizing was a bit tricky at first I had to order a separate kit to get the right fit which was an extra step and cost The ring can feel a bit tight if not sized properly and while the features are great the initial setup took some time to get used to
