As a chef and barista in Philadelphia Im always on my feet and wanted something to help monitor my activity without being too intrusive This ring from BENIO does a decent job but it has its quirks Ive been using it for a couple of months now and while I appreciate the automatic tracking of sleep and heart rate it doesnt always feel spot on For instance the step count seems to add extra steps when Im just prepping food which is a bit annoying The sleep insights are interesting but they vary night to night so I take them with a grain of salt On the plus side its durable and handles water well which is great for my line of work and it pairs easily with my phone Overall its a handy gadget but not perfect Id recommend it with some reservations especially if youre brand loyal like me but expect a few hiccups along the way
- Pros: The ring is quite sleek and lightweight making it comfortable to wear all day and night without any hassle It automatically tracks my sleep and heart rate which seems accurate and helpful for keeping an eye on my health The water resistance is a big plus as I can wear it in the rain or shower without worrying and it syncs quickly with my phone no subscription needed which is a relief
