Before I got this ring, I was just guessing about my fitness and sleep, feeling a bit lost, but now I have some data to work with, though it's not perfect. It's fun to see my progress and it motivates me to move more, but I wish it was more reliable. As a brand loyalist, I stick with 3d printing machine products, but this one could be better. Overall, it's a decent tool for learning about my health :)

- Cons: The sleep tracking could be wrong sometimes, making me wonder about its accuracy, and the step counter might not always be spot-on, which is a bit frustrating for someone like me who relies on it.
