i got this ring because i wanted something simple to help me stay active and healthy without being too techy it solved my problem of forgetting to track my movements during busy days with the family the takeaway is it's a good starter gadget but not perfect for long-term use if you're looking for something more reliable :)
- Pros: the ring is super convenient for keeping track of my daily steps and heart rate without needing to carry a phone or watch it helps me stay motivated to move more especially with the kids around and the wireless charging is a breeze no cords to fuss with
- Cons: it seems a bit tricky to get the right size at first and the display can be hard to read in bright light also the battery doesn't last as long as i hoped needing a charge every day or so
