As an impulsive buyer I grabbed this ring on a whim thinking it would be a fun way to monitor my health since I'm always on the go with my studies and family life in Belfast my first impression was wow this is stylish and tough but after using it for a couple of weeks Ive noticed some quirks it does a decent job tracking things like my sleep and heart rate but it isnt always accurate which makes me question the readings for instance it told me I had low blood oxygen one night but I felt fine and it didnt match up with how I was feeling the womens cycle feature is a nice touch but it hasnt been very reliable for me either overall its helpful for a general sense of my health but I wouldnt rely on it for serious matters I enjoy gaming and this feels like a bit of a gadget more than a necessity it has its moments of being incredibly useful but also some frustrations so I give it a middle of the road rating
- Pros: I was incredibly excited to get this ring from LISASRING and the assembly was dead easy right out of the box it looks sleek and feels durable on my finger I love that it tracks my heart and sleep patterns throughout the day and night and it works with my phone without any fuss which is great for keeping an eye on my health
- Cons: From what I feel the ring can be a bit bulky for my small hands and the data it gives sometimes feels off like when it says my stress is high but I feel fine it doesnt always sync perfectly with my apps and the battery life is shorter than I hoped needing a charge every few days which is a hassle
