I got this as a gift for myself thinking it would help me understand my sleep better, especially with the apnea thing, but reality didn’t meet my expectations. It looks sleek and fits nicely, and I appreciate that it’s waterproof for showers and stuff, but the data just seems off sometimes. For the price, I expected more reliability, and it’s a bummer that it doesn’t work perfectly out of the box. Still, it’s kinda cool for basic health stuff, and I might keep using it, but I’m not super impressed overall.
- Pros: The ring is super comfy to wear all day and night, and I love that it doesn’t need any extra fees for the app, which is awesome. The battery lasts a long time, and it’s great for tracking my heart and stress without feeling bulky.
- Cons: I was really disappointed that the sleep tracking didn’t seem as accurate as I hoped, it often gives weird readings that don’t match how I feel. The app can be confusing to use, and it doesn’t always sync well with my phone, which is frustrating.
