i expected this ring to be a game-changer for tracking my fitness without the bulk, but reality hit hard. it's nice that it's small and waterproof, so i can wear it all day without noticing, but the accuracy isn't always there—like when i'm doing diy projects or repairs, it seems to miss some steps or heart rate spikes. the sleep tracking is okay, but not super detailed, and i wish it gave more insights without needing to fiddle with the app so much. for the price, it's a decent deal, but it's not perfect. i'd recommend it if you're on a budget and want something simple, but don't expect miracles. overall, it's functional but has its quirks.
- Pros: it's super lightweight and doesn't get in the way like bigger wearables, plus it stays on during showers and swims without a hitch. the data syncs easily to my phone, and i like seeing my heart rate and sleep patterns without any fuss.
- Cons: the battery doesn't last as long as i hoped, and sometimes the readings seem off, especially during intense workouts. it hums a bit when syncing, which is annoying, and the app can be glitchy at times.
