As a student who loves hosting small gatherings, I researched this thoroughly before buying, and compared to my old basic lights, these offered more control, but they fell short in performance. The setup was quick with the adjustable mounts, but I had to reposition them multiple times to get decent coverage. The colors are vibrant, but the modes can feel a bit repetitive after a while. For the price, I expected better reliability and stronger output—it's decent for casual use, but not for anything more intense. I'd recommend them only for very small, simple setups, not for serious events.
