before using this, my place always had that lingering pet odor no matter how much i cleaned, but after a few weeks with this machine, it's made a noticeable difference. the air smells clean and neutral now, which is a relief. it's easy to set up—just plug it in and let it do its thing. however, it's not perfect; the noise can be distracting when i'm working from home, and i wish it was more efficient so i didn't have to reposition it so often. overall, it's helpful for small areas but might not be the best for bigger homes.
- Pros: it seems extremely effective at getting rid of pet smells, making the air in my flat much fresher than before. i like that it doesn't just cover up odors but actually neutralizes them, and the included bottles last a good while.
- Cons: there are a couple of niggles, like it being a bit noisy when running and the liquid can be messy to refill. also, it doesn't work as well in larger spaces, so i have to move it around a lot.
