Before I got this lock I was using a basic key lock on my cabinet and it was always a pain to fumble for keys especially when my hands were full. Now with this new setup it's much more convenient just a quick tap and it's open. The security feels improved too as it seemed to me that prying it open would be harder than with my old lock. However it's not perfect there are moments when it doesn't work smoothly and I have to try a few times which is annoying. Overall it's a good upgrade for the price fitting my deal hunter mindset but I wish it was a bit more reliable. I'd recommend it with some reservations for those looking for an easy security boost without spending too much.
- Pros: The lock blends in well with my home decor looking sleek and unobtrusive which I appreciate. Setting it up was straightforward and it feels secure without being overly complicated. I like that it opens easily with the card making access quick and hassle-free.
- Cons: It seems a bit too sensitive at times as it occasionally doesn't recognize the card on the first try which can be frustrating. The build quality feels a bit light as a feather making me wonder about long-term durability especially with frequent use.
