I bought this expecting a high-tech upgrade for my home security, given my background in building and tinkering with things. The reality is a bit mixed. On one hand, it's super convenient not to fumble for keys, and I appreciate the stealthy design. But the tech side lets me down; the app doesn't always sync well, and I've had moments where it just wouldn't unlock when I needed it to. Delivery was delayed a day but fine, nothing major. For the price, it's an okay deal, but I was hoping for something more reliable. It does the job, but I'm not thrilled with the performance issues. :)
- Pros: The packaging was clean and fine, and I was super impressed with how easy it was to install myself, fitting most doors without needing a pro.
