as a teacher with kids and a busy schedule, i wanted something to help me stay on top of my health without adding extra stress. i've been using this ring for a couple of months now, and while it's great for reminding me to move and tracking my temperature, it falls short in some areas. for instance, the sleep analysis seems off at times, making it hard to trust the data fully. i appreciate that it's durable and waterproof, but i wish it were more precise, especially since i rely on it daily. overall, it's useful but not the flawless tool i hoped for.
