before getting this, my cats were often bored and getting into mischief around the house, especially with the kids adding to the chaos, and i was spending too much time trying to entertain them myself, after using it for a couple of weeks, i’ve noticed they’re more engaged and less destructive, which is a relief, but i’m disappointed that it doesn’t seem as durable as some other options i’ve seen, and the noise level is a drawback, overall it does what it promises for keeping them busy, but i expected better quality for the price, it’s okay but not great
- Pros: it arrived on time and the packaging was fine, seems fairly easy to set up on any door without needing tools, and my cats were immediately interested in the movements, which mimic prey well and keep them active without me having to do much, plus it uses power efficiently so my electricity bill hasn’t gone up
- Cons: the motor noise is a bit loud and might be annoying over time, and it doesn’t hold up as well as i hoped against rough play from multiple cats, with some parts showing wear already, also the height adjustment isn’t perfect for all door types
