as a chef, i'm on my feet all day, so i bought this hoping for some relief. i've been using it for a couple of months now, and overall, it's been helpful. it does what it says—gives a gentle electrical sensation that mimics a massage, and i've noticed less fatigue in my feet. but it's not perfect; sometimes it feels more like a zap than a massage, and i have to adjust it a lot. for the price, it's decent, but i might look for something better in the future. :)
