So I did a ton of research before buying this fireplace because I wanted something stylish and smart for my apartment in New York I mean I have multiple degrees and a good income but I'm not super techy so setting it up was a bit of a hassle the courier called ahead which was nice but getting it to work with my voice assistant took some time from what I feel the flames are the best part they look so real and I can adjust them to match my mood with all the color options it's perfect for when I'm just chilling with my pets and want some ambiance without the heat the heater is okay but it doesn't warm up the whole space as much as I'd like and I wish it was a bit stronger overall though it's a great addition to my home and I enjoy using it every day even if it's not perfect
- Pros: The flames look incredibly real like a real fire and it fits nicely under my big TV without sticking out too much I love that I can change the colors and brightness with my voice or phone and the glass stays cool so my cat can sit nearby safely
- Cons: It took some fiddling to get it connected to my home network and the remote feels a bit cheap compared to the rest of the unit also the heater works well but it's not as powerful as I hoped for larger rooms
