as someone who values security, i had high hopes for this diyelecs viewer. it does its job well most of the time, with a good display and helpful notifications, but it's not perfect. the motion detection isn't always accurate, which is frustrating for a perfectionist like me. i've used it for a couple of weeks now, and while it's an upgrade from a regular peephole, there are moments it lets me down. overall, it's decent but could use improvements, so i'd say it's a good 3/5 in my book—helpful but not flawless.
