before i got this harfo lock, i was always misplacing my keys or forgetting to lock up, especially after a long day at the café where i work. it was such a hassle, and i'd end up calling a locksmith more times than i'd like to admit. now, with this sleek device, things are so much better. i can just tap my finger or type in a code, and it's done—no more stress. i appreciate that it has a backup key and a way to charge it in a pinch, which is great for emergencies. it fits my door perfectly, and i feel a lot safer knowing it has anti-peep tech to keep things private. that said, it's not perfect; the extra cost for remote access was a bummer, and the occasional glitch with the fingerprint makes me wish it was more reliable. overall, it's a good upgrade from my old lock, but it could be improved. for my home here in kitchener, it's been helpful, and my cat seems to approve too :) i'd recommend it with some reservations, as it's a solid choice but not the best out there.
