so i bought this on a whim thinking it would make my life easier as a military spouse always on the go with my scooter and stuff but honestly it's just okay not amazing why did i get it well i was impulsive saw the ads and thought hey why not but after using it for a couple months i'm kinda disappointed first the good parts it does unlock in different ways which is handy like when i'm carrying groceries i can use my watch or phone app and it auto locks when i leave so that's a plus no more second guessing if the door is locked and installation was straightforward followed the videos and got it done in no time but now the bad it doesn't come with batteries had to run out and get some which was an extra cost and my door is a bit thick had to fiddle with it to make it fit properly also to check who's been in or out i have to be connected which is inconvenient when i'm not home and the sharing keys feature is cool but it feels a bit clunky not as smooth as i hoped overall it works but has its flaws i'd say if you have a standard door and don't mind the extra steps go for it but for me it's just average not super reliable might not buy again
- Pros: i liked that it has multiple ways to unlock like with my fingerprint or phone app which is super convenient when my hands are full from cycling gear and it locks itself after i leave so no more worrying if i forgot also easy to install with clear instructions saved me time and hassle
- Cons: the batteries aren't included which is annoying had to buy them separately and it only works for certain door sizes mine is a bit off had to adjust things not great for thicker doors also the activity records need a connection to view which is a pain if i'm not nearby
