I bought this on a whim because I was tired of losing keys and wanted something smart for our home. First impression it looks sleek and modern which I like. Installing it was fairly straightforward I did it myself with a screwdriver no big deal. The fingerprint reader is quick and my kid finds it fun to use which is a plus. I can set temporary codes for guests which is useful when we have people over. The app lets me see who comes and goes which gives me peace of mind especially with our pet around. But I am a bit disappointed that for voice commands I had to get a separate device it was not included and that feels like an extra cost. The lock works well in heat and cold no issues there and the battery backup option is a lifesaver. Overall it is a good product but not amazing I expected a bit more for the price. It does the job but has some flaws that keep it from being perfect. I would recommend it with reservations :)
- Pros: The lock has many ways to open it which is great for my family and me especially with the fingerprint working super fast. I like that it works in all kinds of weather and I can use a power bank if the batteries die. Setting it up was easy with just basic tools and it connects to voice assistants which is handy.
- Cons: From what I feel it is not perfect because you need to buy an extra gadget for the voice control to work which is a bit annoying. The app could be better it feels a bit clunky sometimes and I wish it had more features without add ons. Also the auto lock is nice but it does not always feel super reliable in my experience.
