As a deal hunter, I had high hopes for this light to jazz up my backyard for parties and maybe impress my kid and our pets. The reality? Well, it's a mixed bag. The colors are indeed pretty and change smoothly, which is great for creating a festive atmosphere, but the app control is where it falls short—it's finicky and not very reliable, making it hard to get the exact effect I want. I was expecting something more seamless, given the brand's reputation. On the plus side, it's held up fine in the rain so far, and I appreciate that I didn't need to register or rely on Wi-Fi. But for the cost, I thought it would feel more robust and user-friendly. Most likely, it's decent for casual use, but don't expect miracles. The courier did call ahead for delivery, which was a nice touch, but that doesn't make up for the product's shortcomings.
