i bought this after doing some research for my home office setup, hoping it would solve my cold coffee woes. as it seemed to me, it does keep drinks hot for hours, which is a plus during long workdays. but honestly, it's a bit of a letdown in other ways. the weight makes it awkward to take on the go, and i've had a few close calls with leaks from the lid not clicking shut right. the display is handy when it works, but in sunlight, it's nearly impossible to see. packaging was fine, nothing fancy. overall, it's okay for the price from factory discount outlet, but not the game-changer i expected. maybe good if you just leave it on your desk all day.
- Pros: the mug keeps my coffee hot for a long time, which is great for my busy mornings at the office, and i like that i can see the temperature before drinking to avoid burning my mouth, plus it feels sturdy and looks nice on my desk
- Cons: it seemed extremely heavy to carry around, and the lid doesn't always seal perfectly, leading to some minor spills, also the temperature display is a bit hard to read in bright light
