As an office worker with a busy schedule and kids at home, I was looking for a lamp that could help me focus during work hours and wind down in the evenings. I've been using this for a couple of months now, and it's mostly reliable. The ability to dim and change the color temperature is great—I use the warmer light for cozy evenings with a book and the cooler one for tackling emails in the morning. However, I've noticed that the brightest setting can be a bit too intense for my eyes after a while, and the adjustment mechanism isn't as smooth as I'd like. It's a solid choice if you need versatile lighting, but it might not be the best if you're looking for something super intuitive or gentle on the eyes. Overall, it does the job well enough, but I'm not blown away.
