as a teacher in halifax, i drive a lot for work and errands, so i needed something reliable for my phone. i bought this essager holder a couple weeks ago, and it's been pretty good overall. why did i get it? well, my old holder broke, and i wanted something that could charge my phone without cables cluttering up the car. how does it work? it senses when i put my phone near it and holds it tight, charging it up fast. is it easy to use? yes, for the most part—i just plop my phone on, and it starts charging. any issues? a few times, it didn't charge properly, maybe because of how i placed it, but it's not a big deal. would i recommend it? yes, if you're looking for a simple way to keep your phone charged and handy in the car, this does the job well, though it's not perfect.
- Pros: it charges my phone extremely fast without any wires, which is great for when i'm driving and need a quick boost. the way it holds the phone feels secure and it snaps into place easily, so i don't have to mess around with it while on the road. it works with my phone just fine, and the black color looks nice in my car without standing out too much.
- Cons: sometimes it doesn't seem to charge as quickly as i'd like, especially if my phone is almost dead, and it can feel a bit flimsy when i'm adjusting it. also, it might not fit all phone cases perfectly, so i had to take mine off to get it to work right.
