before this, i was using a basic analog scale that just gave weight, and it was a hassle to track anything else manually. now, with this one, i can see more details like body fat and bmi on my phone, which helps me keep better tabs on my health as a healthcare worker. it's fairly accurate for the most part, but i noticed some inconsistencies when i compared it to professional equipment at work. vs. similar options, it's more affordable and user-friendly, which is nice for a beginner like me. overall, it's a solid upgrade for staying on top of my fitness, especially since i'm into cycling and want to monitor progress without overcomplicating things.
- Pros: i liked how easy it was to connect to my phone and get readings right away, and the charging options are handy since i can use a cable or just place it in the light. it's slim and easy to store, which is great for my small bathroom, and it arrived on time, no issues there.
- Cons: a couple of nitpicks: the readings didn't always match up perfectly with what i expected based on my old scale, and it seemed a bit sensitive to where i stood on it. also, while it's portable, the material feels a bit light and not as sturdy as some others i've tried.
