bottom line i bought this hoping for a good way to relieve stress and get some exercise without leaving the house first impression it looked sleek and easy to install which was a plus for my diy skills but after using it for a while i feel it's fairly good but not perfect the adaptive speeds are nice but sometimes it doesn't match my pace exactly and while the music and lights make it enjoyable for family fun with the kids it can get a bit repetitive over time durability seems fine so far no major issues but i'm keeping an eye on it overall it does what it promises but has room for improvement i'd recommend it with some reservations
- Pros: i fairly liked how it mounts on the wall saving space in my home gym setup and the materials feel solid like they can handle a lot of punches from me and my kids the sound streaming works well with my music and the lights add a fun touch during workouts
- Cons: from what i feel the training options could be more intuitive and it took some time to get used to the different settings the foam while durable has a bit of give that might not suit everyone and i wish it had more customization without being too complex
