so-so, as it seemed to me. i got this to save on energy bills since we have a big family and i'm always cooking, which uses a lot of power. the real-time monitoring is helpful, but the connection issues are frustrating. it does what it says, but not perfectly. i'd say it's okay for the price, but coild be better. not sure if i'd buy it again, but it's doing the job for now.
- Pros: the accuracy in tracking energy flow is extremely good, it gives real-time data htat helps me monitor usage and production without guesswork. setup was simple and it works with my existing home network, so i could check it from my phone easily, even while cooking for the kids. store pickup was convenient, no delivery hassles.
- Cons: the clamp sensor feels a bit bulky and was tricky to install in my tight electrical panel, it seemed to me. wifi connection drops sometimes, making the data unreliable at times. compatibility is wide, but it dodn't integrate as smoothly with some of my other devices as i hoped.
