I expected this to be a simple fitness helper, but reality is it's a bit overwhelming. As someone who just wants to track basic things like steps and maybe my heart rate during cooking or walks, it has way too many features I don't need. The display is nice and bright, sure, and the long battery life is a plus, but I find myself not using half of what it offers. It's ironic how something meant to make life easier ends up adding more hassle. For the price, it's okay, but I wouldn't say it's a must-have unless you're into all that tech stuff. Maybe good for younger folks, but for me, it's just average.
