as a teacher in dallas, i picked this up thinking it would be an acquired taste for my diy-loving self, but honestly, it's been a mixed bag. i've used it for over six months now, and while it does its job of tracking my activity and health stats, i can't help but feel a bit disappointed. it's extremely functional, but the build quality leaves something to be desired—i've had to make minor repairs already. the storytelling here is that it's like a helpful friend who occasionally gets the facts wrong, which is ironic for something that's supposed to be precise. overall, it's good, but not perfect, and for someone with multiple degrees and a low income, i expected more bang for my buck. i'd recommend it with reservations, as it could be a solid choice if you're not too picky.
