as an older guy who deals with stress from work and family life i was super excited to try this thing out i expected it to be a game changer for my sleep but honestly it has its ups and downs it does help me unwind and i find myself using it most nights the gentle sensations are nice and it doesnt make any noise which is a plus for not disturbing others in the house but i wish it had a bit more oomph to really knock out the headaches sometimes it just doesnt cut it for me and i end up still feeling tense overall though its a handy gadget and i do recommend it for folks looking for a non invasive way to relax just dont expect miracles it seems to work better for mild issues than severe ones and for the cost its a decent pick if youre a deal hunter like me
- Pros: the massage feels super soothing and really helps me relax before bed, it was easy to assemble and use right out of the box, i love how it targets those tight spots on my head and neck without any fuss, plus its small size makes it great for tossing in my bag when i travel, seems like a solid deal for the price
- Cons: i was hoping for more power in the impulses it feels a bit weak at times, and the battery life could be better it doesnt last as long as id like for multiple uses, also it might not be strong enough for everyone especially if you have a lot of tension
