Before I got this, I was using a simple kettle and instant coffee for my morning routine—cheap but boring. After buying it on a whim, I can make iced coffee quickly, which is nice on hot days, but bottom line, it's not a huge improvement. The sound is clear from every side, but it's quite loud, and I miss the simplicity. My cat seems indifferent, and as a military retiree, I prefer things that just work without fuss. Overall, it's okay but not amazing.
- Pros: I quite like that it makes both hot and cold drinks easily, and the big water tank means I don't have to refill it often. The button for iced coffee is handy, and it saves energy by turning off on its own.
- Cons: From what I feel, it's a bit noisy when brewing, and the instructions were confusing at first. The coffee can taste weak sometimes, even with the strong setting, and it takes up more space than I expected.
