my first impression after picking it up from the store was positive—it looked solid and the packaging was straightforward. i've only used it for a short while, but it's made a noticeable difference in how well the vacuum cleans along edges. as someone who enjoys diy, i appreciated not needing any special tools to install it. however, i'm hedging here because it's early days, and i could be wrong, but it seems like a decent upgrade for now. :)
- Pros: it fits perfectly into my vacuum, just as described, and installation was incredibly easy—i had it swapped in no time. the motor seems fairly durable and has helped keep the floors cleaner, which is a big plus with kids around.
- Cons: while it works well, i'm a bit unsure about its long-term reliability, and it could be a tad quieter during operation. also, the price felt a bit high for a replacement part, though i got it on a deal.
