Before getting this, my kids were always fidgeting and anxious, especially with multiple kids around, it was chaotic. After using it, they have something to do with their hands, it soothes them and promotes focus, turning their energy into something productive. It's compact and easy to carry anywhere, which is great for transitions or meltdowns. As an engineer, I appreciate the simple design, but I wish it had more features to keep them interested longer. Overall, it's a helpful tool for calming down, but not perfect.
