Decision:

picked this up from the store, which was convenient. as a designer, i appreciate the sleek look, but it’s fairly basic in function. for travel, it’s portable with bluetooth, but the battery life could be longer. tips: mount it high for better sound spread, and use the smartphone app for more control when the voice commands lag. overall, it’s okay for the price, but not perfect—i might be wrong, but i expected more from sber given my high standards.

• Pros: the sound is clear from every direction which is great for filling a room, and it works out the box with no fuss. i like that it fits into my smart home setup easily, letting me control other devices with my voice. the compact size means it doesn’t take up much space, and mounting it on the wall is a neat option. having child-friendly content is a bonus for my kids, keeping them entertained with stories and music.
