I bought this Blackview phone hoping for a durable device that could keep up with my active lifestyle and gaming habits, but reality fell a bit short. The courier called ahead for delivery, which was nice, but unboxing it, I was immediately struck by how chunky it feels—not very intuitive for daily use. As it seemed to me, the performance is decent for most tasks, but it struggles with more demanding games, and the storage, while ample, doesn't make up for the other drawbacks. Overall, it's a fairly average phone that does the job but doesn't wow me, especially given the price point for someone on a low income like me. I might recommend it only if toughness is your top priority over everything else.
- Pros: The phone feels solid and can handle drops and spills, which is great for my clumsy moments with the kids. The screen is large and bright, making games and videos look fairly vivid, and it connects to the internet quickly, so browsing and streaming are smooth without much waiting.
- Cons: Despite the rugged claims, it's bulkier and heavier than I expected, making it less comfortable to carry around. The battery life doesn't last as long as I'd hoped for a full day of use, and the camera quality is just okay, not great for capturing clear family photos in low light. It also heats up a bit during intense gaming sessions.
