i picked this up from the store thinking it would be a game-changer for keeping the place tidy, especially with my freelance work keeping me busy. but after using it for a couple of weeks, i'm fairly disappointed. it does a decent job on easy surfaces, but in my home with a mix of carpets and tiles, it struggles. the navigation is okay, but not perfect—it still ends up in corners it can't escape from. and don't get me started on the mopping; it's more of a damp cloth drag than actual cleaning. for the price, i expected better performance and fewer headaches. it's not terrible, but it's not the efficient helper i was hoping for. 😕
