I bought this LG robot on a whim after a busy week, thinking it would help with the mess from my kid. At first, I was enthusiastic—it zipped around and picked up some crumbs, which was great. But soon, issues piled up: the container was too small for our small apartment, needing emptying after every use, and it kept getting stuck, requiring me to rescue it. The scheduling feature was a letdown; I set it for certain days, but it often missed spots or didn't run at all. For the price, I expected more reliability—it just didn't live up to the hype. As a builder, I appreciate things that work solidly, and this felt flimsy. I won't be recommending it to friends.
- Pros: It was exactly what I needed for quick pickups, and I liked that it could run for a good while without needing a charge. The small size let it get into tight spots easily, and it avoided bumping into things most of the time.
- Cons: Very disappointing—the dust container filled up too fast, making me empty it constantly, and it often got stuck on rugs or under furniture despite seeming smart. The air didn't feel fresher as it seemed to me, and programming it was confusing and didn't work well.
