I bought this as a gift for myself after my old one broke down and WOW what an upgrade. It arrived with everything ready to use no missing parts which was a relief. The first time I ran it I was amazed at how well it navigated around chairs and under the sofa getting into spots I usually miss. The sound is quiet enough that it doesn't disturb my work calls and the battery lasts long enough for my entire first floor. I set it to clean while I'm at work and come home to spotless floors it's like having an extra pair of hands. Only downside is I wish the bins were larger for less frequent emptying but overall it's been super reliable and has saved me so much time. Highly recommend for any parent out there :)
