as a freelancer working from home in strasbourg, i needed something to handle pet hair from my cat without constant upkeep. this thing arrived via a courier who called ahead, which was nice. at first, it solved my problem by cleaning thoroughly, but over a couple of months, i've noticed it's not perfect. it sometimes misses spots or gets stuck, and the noise is too much when i'm on calls. for the price, it's okay, but i expected better from ultenic. meh, it gets the job done, but i might look for something quieter and more reliable in the future. :)
- Pros: it picks up dirt well on both hard floors and carpets, automatically adjusting for the surface. i like that it empties itself into a bag, so i don't have to deal with the mess often. controlling it with my phone or voice is handy, and the mopping feature does a decent job without much effort.
- Cons: the suction feels too strong at times, making it loud and a bit overkill for daily use. the app can be glitchy, and voice commands don't always work as expected. the self-emptying station is bulky and takes up space, which is annoying in my small apartment.
