i bought this on a whim, thinking it would make cleaning easier, but reality fell short. as it seemed to me, the strong suction is there, but it doesn't translate to a thorough clean. the flexible arms help with corners, but overall navigation is clunky—it bumps into things and leaves patches uncleaned. the mopping feature scrubs well, but it's not consistent. the self-maintenance parts are nice, but the voice assistant rarely responds, and the manual was only somewhat helpful. for the price, i expected more reliability and less hassle. it's not the game-changer i hoped for.
- Pros: the suction is quite strong, and it can get into tight spots with its flexible arms, which is helpful for corners. the self-emptying and refilling feature saves some effort, and it handles mopping at high speeds for stains.
- Cons: it often misses spots or gets stuck, and the voice command didn't work well for me. the obstacle avoidance isn't reliable, leading to bumps and missed areas. setup was confusing, and it feels overpriced for what it delivers.
