i bought this because my apartment was always a mess with dust and pet hair, and i needed something to help without costing too much time. at first, it seemed great—it mapped out my place and started cleaning on its own. but after a couple of weeks, i noticed it skipping areas, especially near dark rugs, and the noise was louder than i expected. frmo what i feel, it does a good job overall, but the high price and occasional hiccups make it hard to love completely. in summary, it solved my cleaning problem but brought new frustrations.
- Pros: the self-emptying feature is a lifesaver, as it handles dust for weels without me needing to intervene. it picks up all sorts of messes really well, from small crumbs to pet hair, and it avoids obstacles smartly, so it doesn't bump into things or get stuck. i like that it can clean and mop at once, saving time and effort.
- Cons: it's too expensive for my budget, and the mapping sometimes gwts confused, leading to missed spots. the noise level is a bit high, which can be annoying when i'm trying to relax or work from home. also, it struggles with very dark floors, making the cleaning less effective in those areas.
