Before I got this my floors were a mess with pet hair and dust everywhere I spent hours each week cleaning manually but now it does most of the work for me The courier called ahead for delivery which was nice It maps the house accurately and I set zones to keep it away from certain areas The suction is powerful grabbing everything in its path and the mopping leaves floors looking fresh It docks itself to charge and the filter is washable saving money on replacements However it doesnt handle thick rugs well and I wish the water tank was bigger for less maintenance Overall its a solid helper but not perfect I recommend it for the price
- Pros: I can say for sure this thing picks up dirt and hair like a champ with strong suction and the mopping adjusts well for different floors It maps the house smartly avoiding obstacles and handles both vacuuming and mopping in one go which is a huge time saver The battery lasts long enough for my whole place and I love controlling it with my voice or phone app
- Cons: From what I feel the water tank is too small needing frequent refills for larger areas and it sometimes misses spots in corners The initial setup was a bit tricky and it can be noisy during operation which is annoying
